How does CDI Care work?
Access: download the app and log in with your credentials. If you are a new user you can register via the app. If you want to access all CDI services, request activation at our offices.
Bookings: in the online booking section you can select available seat, doctor and type of visit, you can view active bookings and cancel. A few days after the visit you will receive notifications with the appointment reminder and the documentation to be presented.
Reports: you can download the published reports within 45 days and send them to the attending physician.
Request the publication of older reports.
Invoices: download your invoices directly on the phone
