The "ClicCAAci" APP by Crédit Agricole Assicurazioni to independently manage the request for assistance and the reporting of a claim and obtain information on the management of your reported claims.
With the new APP "ClicCAAci" we give our customers the possibility to:
• request the support of the Operations Center, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for roadside assistance, sending a craftsman, the card blocking service, home and personal assistance;
• contact one of our liquidators from the Claims Management Office by telephone, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.30, to report or request information on a claim.
And it is also possible:
• make the pre-report of a claim, directly from the APP with a few simple steps, by sending any photographs of the accident and / or the image of the completed form of the Friendly Accident Report;
• consult the list of their claims, checking the status of those opened with the relative references of the liquidator and the appointed experts.
With ClicCAAci it is possible to contact the Assistance Operations Center and the Claims Management Office by telephone, even if you do not remember the numbers, since the call is guided and accessible even without registering.
ClicCAAci is therefore a useful tool in the event of a claim to make a pre-report via your smartphone, thus allowing the Company to immediately open the claim file and view the first documents and photographs sent with the application. You will then be contacted, as soon as possible, directly by the liquidator of the Company's Claims Management Office to better define the claim and possibly integrate the documentation with other documents or photographs.
To access the ClicCAAci APP, in order to be able to use all the services made available by it, after having downloaded it from the store and installed on your smartphone, you must register, using 3 simple information: 1) your Tax Code, 2 ) the number of one of the policies in place with the Company and 3) your email address indicated in the policy. You will then receive an email with the provisional password which must be changed immediately upon first access following the instructions proposed by the APP.
As an alternative to registration, you can use the same credentials, possibly already in your possession, to access the Customer Area of ​​the website www.ca-assicurazioni.it
