sembra il progettino della app fatto alle medie al primo approccio al coding... molte volte si blocca o non funziona proprio. da rifare da capo completamente

pessima, la biometria funziona raramente, l'autenticazione salta, e per fare un bonifico ci metto mezz'ora perché ogni volta devo sbloccare la password e per fare ciò bisogna chiamare un operatore. preferisco da sito ma ora l'app è obbligatoria per il login da sito. Unica soluzione cambiare banca perché questo è veramente poco professionale e non pratico sul quotidiano. Dopo 1 anno ancora stesso problema con gli operatori rumeni che non sanno cosa rispondere e dicono che è una lamentela comune.
