The Smarty Cloud Business App allows you to have your management system data with you, even offline, to independently receive the updated real-time situation of your customers, saving the time of having to transmit and rewrite the orders taken.
In particular, it allows the consultation of:
- customer, supplier and related contacts directory to be used by telephone, email, sms.
- delivery situation of orders, bills, invoices.
- deadline situation.
- product catalog with photos and additional data.
and allows you to:
- register new customers.
- acquire orders and quotes.

The app is multi-lingual and works even in the absence of a line, with an optimized data transfer compared to the last synchronization.
In order entry, items are managed in double units of measure, in packs, in sizes and colors, with barcode and from order history.
The acquired orders are then transmitted to the company using the normal data connection.

It is possible to profile the customer data to be displayed by user (eg by agent)
and enable the variation of deposits, prices, discounts, gifts, ..

The app is interfaced with Zucchetti Centro Sistemi management software (Teseo, AdHoc Revolution) and can be interfaced with other management systems.
