DanteApp is an application to search in total comfort, mobility services performed by
rental professionals with driver in compliance with current Italian legislation.
DanteApp can be used throughout the Italian territory.
The drivers are qualified people who carry out the activity of NCC (Rental With Driver) by profession, in compliance with Italian legislation.
With DanteApp the passenger always has the possibility to choose the supplier to which to entrust his service.
To register and request travel quotes, the passenger only needs an e-mail address and a password, no other information is needed.
Before confirming the service, you are asked to fill in your profile with your billing data and make the payment by credit card directly in the App.
To be accredited as suppliers, drivers must provide information on their authorizations and qualifications to perform the service.
Users therefore have the possibility to formulate requests for quotes for rental services with driver.
After sending the request, each driver present in the area of interest of the request evaluates their availability to perform the service and, if so, responds with their own quote proposal.
The user who entered the request receives notifications relating to rate proposals and evaluates the one that best suits their needs according to the following criteria:
- intervention times;
- type of car proposed;
- name of the supplier, if there is already an acquaintance;
- best rate.
The driver is always chosen independently by the passenger requesting the service.
The supplier chosen by the passenger receives confirmation with the relevant data for direct contact. Direct contact allows the parties to exchange detailed information regarding the requested service.
DanteApp does not carry out profiling and does not resell the data of its registered users and processes the data in full compliance with the data protection legislation (GDPR), in accordance with the provisions of European legislation.
