About MyVit

Taking adequate daily amounts of all vitamins, i.e. at least higher than the minimum recommended doses, is essential to preserve your health.
It is therefore very important to be able to calculate how many you are taking with your diet to know whether or not it is necessary to integrate them, which to integrate and with what quantity.
This patented App allows to calculate, on the basis of the data of the most authoritative reference nutritional tables, the vitamins taken with any food on a huge list.
The App can therefore be useful to each person who wants to know if their diet provides sufficient quantities of all vitamins and if, instead, there is a need to change diet, take supplements or enriched foods.
The App is also essential for operators in the "supplements", "enriched foods", "meal replacements" sectors, to make their current or potential users aware that it is almost impossible to reach a sufficient quantity of vitamins daily without supplement .
The user only has to choose the foods taken, in one or more meals, in the list and choose the quantity taken, in the number of standard portions (e.g. glass, forkful, plate, etc.) or in international units of measurement (grams , ml, etc.).
At any time of the selection or at the end of the same, relating to a meal or, better, at the end of all meals of the day (which can also be a "typical" day) the user can request the calculation of how many vitamins contain the foods inserted up to that moment.
A graph is displayed where the quantities of each of the vitamins are represented in columns, as a percentage of the minimum recommended daily dose (100%) for each of them, indicated by a dotted line.
The bottom of the graph is divided into colored bands representing areas 0-60% (in red), 60-80% (in orange), 80-100% (in yellow) and 100% and more (in green).
The user can thus easily identify which vitamins are taking the right quantities (greater than 100%) and which rather more or less scarce quantities, based on the position of the relative column, and choose the best supplement for themselves. The same thing the operator can do to recommend the most suitable supplement for each subject.
