Thanks to the reporting platform linked to the app, the system allows citizens to communicate, from smartphones and tablets, events of general interest deemed risky for the safety and liveability of the territory.
The reports may relate to urban safety, public green areas, abandoned waste, street lighting, water, inefficiencies, urban decor, roads and signs and much more.
For each report it is possible to attach a photo and a text which will be attached to the position of the point reported to make it easier to check and subsequently solve the problem.
as you will have the opportunity to make preventive reports useful to the Administration, which will be shared on Shelly's map, making them valuable information that helps make your city a better place to live.

The platform verifies in real time the presence of points already reported and avoids the duplication of reports thus creating an efficient system for citizens and administration.
