Feel at home is the outcome of the partnerships among Sud Sistemi, a company based in Bari specialized in software solutions for the innovation of companies' management processes, eMinds, a firm from Bisceglie which deals with complex software algorithms for the distribution of the tourist products as regards travels, and the Information Technology Department of the University of Studies of Bari. Its goal is to create a real connection and an experience of meeting between residents and those guests who visit Martina Franca and the Itria Valley area in order to support the tourism potential of the territory.
The feature of the project is its ethical dimension, which consists in involving the local community that put together their energy and enthusiasm in order to bring to life the territory – by offering visitors authentic and unique experiences – and activates, almost unconsciously, virtuous processes of new ways of sociality and active participation that, thanks to several innovative tools that are available in this exact historical period for our society, become a tangible opportunity for the visitors.
