Through the My SIAM APP each customer can check the status of his supply, his average consumption, his readings, insert a self-reading of the meter, check his account statement, see his bills and download the related PDF files.
Using the web version (accessible on the site https://siam.cloudeng.it/public/) SIAM customers can also enter online requests for operational practices such as new water connections, sewer connections, contract transfers, terminations, restorations, etc.
