OFFICIAL application of the Order of Health Technicians of Medical Radiology and of the Technical Health Professions, Rehabilitation and Prevention (TSRM and PSTRP) of Milan, Como, Lecco, Lodi, Monza Brianza and Sondrio.
Through this application you will have access to the personal identification card of the TSRM and PSTRP Order of Milan, Como, Lecco, Lodi, Monza Brianza and Sondrio.
You will also be able to access and vote at the Members' Meetings, change the registry and stay updated on all the news of the Order!

With the entry into force of the Lorenzin Law (ln 3/2018 "Delegation to the government in the field of clinical trials of medicines as well as provisions for the reorganization of the health professions and for the health management of the Ministry of Health") the reform of the Orders is approved healthcare professionals. In particular, a single large professional order has been established which includes almost 200,000 health professionals from 19 different registers.
This is to ensure an adequate system of care for the patient who, through the compulsory registration, is able to verify if he is in front of a qualified and therefore authorized professional. In fact, the only professionals who before the reform were organized in professional Colleges were the medical radiology technicians, who had their own College since 1965, and the health assistants who were collected in a register within the IPASVI College (now Professional Order of Nurses). For all the others there was in fact no obligation to register professionally.
The professions represented by the TSRM and PSTRP Order are: Health Assistants, Dietitian, Professional Educator, Physiotherapist, Dental Hygienist, Speech Therapist, Orthoptist and Ophthalmology Assistant, Podiatrist, Medical Radiology Health Technician, Audiometrist Technician, Hearing Care Technician, Prevention Technician in 'environment and workplace, Psychiatric rehabilitation technician, Neurophysiopathology technician, Cardiocirculatory and cardiovascular perfusion physiopathology technician, Orthopedic technician, Biomedical laboratory health technician, Neuro and psychomotor psychomotor therapist of the developmental age, Occupational therapist.
Through this process of transformation, the newly established Order expresses political representation and visibility in the institutions and stems the illegal activity of the professions. The activities of the Order are aimed at the protection and preservation of the decorum, dignity and independence of the profession. The Order promotes and enforces the Code of Ethics, exercises disciplinary power with respect to professionals registered in the registers, intervenes in disputes that occur between the latter, between them or persons or bodies in favor of which they have lent or lend their business.
The TSRM and PSTRP Order is a subsidiary body of the state: the Order therefore directly deals with some functions on behalf of the State, in fact it takes on all the initiatives useful to promote and favor the cultural progress of the members and maintains constant relations with all Public institutions (Government, Parliament, Regions, Universities, Trade Union Organizations).
Starting from 2018, the former College of TSRM and now Order TSRM and PSTRP of Milan and its provinces has increased from 1,650 members to the current 17,000 in just over two years. An epochal census operation that is unprecedented and which represents a huge step forward for the certainty of treatment by users.
