The EScape platform allows the control of services in their entirety. This system, completely web based, consists of both operating modules that allow the service to be performed directly on the field (with the aid of mobile devices), and by statistical modules that allow verification of the progress of the contract through general and detailed budgets of the monitored phases, which, finally, by management modules for the control of non-compliance and corrective actions. Through the use of EScape it is possible to automatically determine the Global Service Index which allows to evaluate the overall performance of a contract.
The monitoring system is a tool used to measure the level of service provided by the Supplier, evaluating, therefore, the performance provided by the latter.
This system, aimed therefore at monitoring the performance rendered, allows an assessment of the performance itself also in order to identify a possible improvement of the service. With it it is also possible to define the procedures for managing disputes and possible penalties, in the case of services rendered below the acceptance thresholds.
The purpose and the purpose of the control system are therefore twofold, consisting both in the verification of the service rendered, and, if it is necessary, in the indication of the improvement actions to be applied.
More precisely, the monitoring activities carried out with EScape have as their object the verification of the essential requirements of the service rendered, the performance of the service, the customer satisfaction of the recipients of the service.
With regard to this, the control system must identify and describe the tools and methods through which control and monitoring operations are implemented. The guiding criterion for the design of the system is that for which the optimization of the relationship between the effectiveness of the control and the cost of the control to be performed must constantly be guaranteed. This assessment must provide an advantage both for the Customer, which will have a consequent impact on the service received, and for the Service Provider who, otherwise, will have an impact on the mode of delivery of the service.

• compilation of control forms through the evaluation of elements and indicators;
• the validation of the same, which can be carried out by the same user or by another.
