Freddo Report is the solution for technical assistance in drafting intervention reports on the work performed. The application allows to digitize the planning and reporting procedures of the interventions, optimizing times and resources.
At any time of the day, each individual employee displays the interventions of his competence and is informed in real time about any added or modified commitments. For each assistance, it has all the information necessary to effectively carry out the intervention (place of execution with map display, type of intervention, customer contact person, any notes from the technical manager, priorities, etc.).
Once the assistance is completed, it draws up the work report on a tablet or smartphone, on which the customer can directly sign the signature for acceptance.
