Through the WiFiBus application it is possible to monitor the operation of the router. At the first access you are asked to enter the serial number and the asset as a result of which you can check the quality of the connection, the last connection, the number of users connected and the traffic generated by them.
You can also send a request to technical assistance by entering your name, phone number, email and any photo, selecting the problem from a pop-up menu.
