To access the service it is sufficient to have an active policy and fill out a simple registration form.
Once the app has been downloaded and registered, for the entire duration of the policy, it is possible to make a video call with an operator or a physician of the Central to obtain a service provided by the policy, such as a medical consultation, a roadside assistance, sending a plumber home.
