II Mont Avic Natural Park, the first regional park Aosta Valley, was established in October 1989 in order to protect and enhance the high valley of the River Chalamy (common Champdepraz); in 2003 was included in the protected area a good part of the valley Dondena to reach the ridges of Soana Valley and the Valley of Cogne.
The Mont Avic Natural Park is the first protected area in Italy and in Europe to have achieved this prestigious recognition of the European Community.
The App also allows you to record tracks with the screen off so that in this mode, and only in this recording, the extended use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
