- user authentication: once entered, in the profile section you have the possibility to set a personal photo and access the badging system;

- personal data and corporate address book: this section contains the contacts of all company employees, both email / skype and company telephone contacts;

- maps of the rooms and booking of the meeting rooms: the working position on the map;
