The Volunteer Organization THE LARGE HEART OF FLAVIO was born March 18, 2015, at the behest of Flavio's parents.
Accredited by the Bambin Gesù Pediatric Hospital, it is born with different objectives:
- support pediatric cancer patients and their families
- manage two shelters to accommodate families away from home
- raise funds to finance scientific research
- support the hospital's Sarcomi and Adolescent projects and raise awareness on the subject of childhood cancer.
A team of volunteers collaborates every day, respecting their own times, to achieve institutional goals.
The first step in helping an association is to know it. The second is to make it known to others.
