July 2018 - a date with culture and entertainment. An extremely important event that was created by the synergy between the City of Frosinone and the Conservatory of Music "Licinio Refice". The Festival, which is part of the rich program prepared by the Ottaviani, has the ambitious objective to promote the extraordinary reality of the state conservatories, offering a stage in the foreground capable of enhancing the artistic activity of young talent that animate Institutes Higher Education Italian Music. Rock, jazz, pop and, of course, a vast classical repertoire will be multiple musical genres with which young talent will delight those attending. Now in its fourth edition, the event, organized by the City of Frosinone in collaboration with the Conservatory of Music "Licinio Refice," will begin Sunday, July 3rd at 21:30 and will continue until July 31, every week from Thursday to Sunday.
