ÈSSENZA WASTE is a motivational and technical-organizational educational project aimed at educating not to waste.
Designed by Chef Massimo Malantrucco and promoted by APS Presidio Italia, the 2020/2021 edition is in collaboration with the Swedish Embassy in Italy.
The contents are aimed mainly at raising awareness at a deep and motivational level, stimulating a broad and emotionally reasoned approach to vision; tracing a consequential and coherent line of information and training, reporting professional and entrepreneurial experiences and techniques in various sectors, born and developed successfully thanks to the deep-rooted and profound values that have moved the actions of those who have successfully carried them out.
The contents gradually published include motivational, ethical and mental organization issues in the approach to problem solving, as well as technical and close relationship between product quality and waste, precisely to get to the essence of the waste problem and activate thoughts and behaviors virtuous in the restaurant and hotel sector, but also in the domestic sphere.
The contents, mainly videos, will be fully available online on the connected WEB platform of ÈSSENZA WASTING.
On this application it is possible to consult part of the contents and be notified when new contents are available on the platform. In addition, this app will keep you updated on the calendar of webinars and events.
An ESSENTIAL-MIND section is also available on the app, where you can interact with your reflections, ideas, practices, recipes and whatever else you find interesting to share useful and positive to argue about food waste.
