The app was created within the Life STREAMS project (LIFE18 NAT / IT / 000931) to be used during the performance of two distinct conservation actions.
During action A.3 (Characterization of the populations of Salmo trutta complex and of the river habitat) it will be used by the technicians who collaborate in the project for the registration of georeferenced data of natural and artificial barriers that interrupt the river continuity (dams, bridles, etc ...) and prevent the movement of fish fauna.
During action C.2 (Strategies for additional conservation and selective fishing) it will be used by sport fishermen to record the catch data of trout of alien origin.
Users who use it will have exclusive access to use the app and, through on-site surveys, will provide useful information for the specific study for trout.
