Find your orders at the speed of light:
- Use the search function to find orders by name or by number
- Use the scanner and scan the QRCode on the ticket
Enter the details of an order for:
- See detailed features
- Retrieve and share tickets sent to the customer
- Get in touch with the customer
- Refund purchases or cancel reservations
- View the rates and options chosen by visitors
CHECK THE TREND OF SALES
With the Stats function you have an instant summary of the purchases made in the current month and a comparison of the returns with respect to the previous month and year.
And if that's not enough, you can view a summary of all annual returns, with the possibility of going into the monthly detail of each year.
WORKS WITHOUT CONNECTION
We know that accidents can happen, and you may find yourself operating in the total absence of internet connectivity.
Thanks to the OFF-LINE mode of the okTicket App, you can operate even without a connection for short periods of time.
When connectivity is restored, the okTicket App automatically sends all the updates performed during the OFF-LINE mode.
(N.B .: operations are limited to orders downloaded before disconnection)

When you open the App, you are always asked for a login credential.
You choose the most convenient method among these three:
1. Email and Password
2. PIN code
3. Biometric sensor (Fingerprint / Face recognition)
REDUCE MANAGEMENT ERRORS WITH PERMISSIONS
Configure the possible operations based on the skills of your staff.
If your ticket office is managed by several people with specific roles, you can decide for each of them which functions to make available.
