The app is focused on the personal well-being project (Health Passport).
The latter is a service that allows you to know the level of well-being of a person by monitoring anthropometric, blood, physical performance and psychological status parameters.
Subsequently, it provides a complete and integrated assessment of a person's health through indexes designed by us. The goal is to identify early latent problems that could constitute future dangers, so as to promptly correct lifestyle, eating habits, alterations of metabolism, highlight any early signs of disease and check already known diseases.
The app then provides intervention strategies on two areas:
- "food", based on our guidelines drawn from the food regimes that science has indicated as those that allow us to live well and for a long time. It is a diet aimed at wellness and longevity built by identifying the foods that associate the beneficial action of their nutritional components and the healing properties of their active ingredients
- "physical activity", based on our guidelines derived from scientific indications concerning the correlation between physical activity and health
