Once you have become a CAPP user, you have the right to use the app that allows you to confirm performance day by day or report inefficiencies.
The first step to using this app is to download it from the Apple AppStore or the Google Play Store by searching for "UP CAPP CAREGIVER".
At the first start, the app will show the login screen and first you will need to request a password.
To do this, first click on the option "Don't have credentials yet? Click here"
At this point you will be taken to the credentials request screen, where you will have to enter the CAPP User Code that has been assigned to you and the email with which you were registered in the CAPP system. After entering your User Code and your email, click on "send me a password". After a few seconds you will receive an email with the password to be used during login and you will be returned to the login screen.
Note: on some occasions it may be necessary to wait even a few minutes.
