APP 118Sordi is a new access channel to Service 118 of the Puglia Region made available to Deaf Citizens or incapable of verbally speaking who are in the geographical area of the Puglia region. APP 118Sordi has been designed by the Puglia Region and InnovaPuglia S.p.A. and created by ISED S.p.A. with the aim of allowing Deaf and Deaf Citizens to verbally intervene to access the Service 118 independently.
