Assistance Releco is an App by Releco srl that is intuitive, easy to use, light and perfect for customers who need real-time technical support.

It adapts perfectly to all Android versions for smartphones or tablets and allows you to receive assistance at any time, putting you in touch with an expert who, through a live video session, can see the problem through your camera, try to solve it or give you precise instructions on how to act.


Features:
- Through your smartphone or tablet, the Releco operator can see your problem live, and guide you to the resolution. If there are any faulty components, Releco will arrange a home collection to complete the repair of your appliance and then return it in accordance with your availability and needs

- Allows sharing of photos, documents and being able to interact with the framed image in order to facilitate communication with our technician

- Releco Assistance records the received assistance and you will always have the history updated
