The application allows the independent creation, by a technician or user, of service calls managed and managed by SAP Business ONE and the ServiceONE AddOn. The user is authorized to recognize the non-functioning equipment by reading the relative BARCODE and has the right to describe the problem for which the opening of a service call is required. Through the application it is possible to monitor the feed-back relating to the progress of the open service call up to its resolution and closure.
