HandyINFO is the application of Selesta Ingegneria that allows every employee to display smartphone information relating to their attendance card and send to your supervisor requests for authorization to HOLIDAYS, PERMITS, etc .. Using this APP each manager can approve requests demands of its employees and make their presences and absences.
HandyINFO is a T & AM module (Time and Attendance Manager), the product of Selesta Ingegneria that encompasses all aspects related to attendance by allowing a truly comprehensive management of employees. Modular and flexible, AM & T can handle an unlimited number of companies, locations and users: these features make it ideal for businesses of all types and sizes.
Through HandyINFO the employee, as well as view the status of your card, it has the ability to:
• Request authorization on the basis of a specific justification (Holidays, Permits, Transfer, etc.)
• Request correction of a stamping carried out (eg. Cancellation of a double stamping, correction of the verse, insertion of a stamping forgotten)
Following the inclusion of a request the Manager is notified by mail that allows direct access to the application for information on the details; in a similar manner the Employee, when a request is approved or rejected, in turn, it is notified of the status change.
The approval of the requests is configured directly from the application of Attendance Management T & AM second articulated mode, in order to meet the organizational needs of each company; in particular, it is possible:
• Define the number of approval levels required for each category: for example, you can insert an endorsement on two levels for the "extraordinary" (department manager and plant manager), limiting the approval on one level for other types of request;
• Set alternative approvers, that can occur in designated approver in case of failure to take load of the request within a certain time limit;
• Define self-declarations, ie the kinds of requests that do not require any approval (eg. Correction of the direction of stamping).
Using HandyINFO is restricted to registered users on the Attendance Management System T & AM.
