This application allows you to simulate (in absolutely offline mode) the calculation of the ISEE (it is the indicator of the equivalent economic situation that allows citizens to access, at favorable conditions, social benefits or public utility services) for the years ( signing of the Declaration) from 2001 to 2014 and the "ordinary" ISEE for the years (of presentation of the declaration) from 2015 to 2023.
The ISEE is the ratio between the indicator of the economic situation (ISE) and the parameter taken from the Equivalence Scale.
The application also contains some tables of the most important social benefits and/or public utility services (Social Card/Ordinary Purchasing Card, Allowance for families with three minor children, Maternity allowance) with the related ISEE/ISE values .
It also includes the simulation of the ISEEU Calculation (Indicator of the Equivalent Economic Situation for the University) and the related Indicators of the Income Situation (ISRU), of the Asset Situation (ISPU) and of the Equivalent Asset Situation (ISPEU) - EXCLUSIVELY - for the years ( signing of the Declaration) from 2003 to 2014.
N.B. The new calculation methods envisaged by the D.P.C.M. 5 December 2013, no. 159 have been operational since 1 January 2015 as the Labor-Finance provision envisaged by article 10, paragraph 3, of the aforementioned D.P.C.M. was signed on November 7, 2014 and was published in the Official Gazette General Series No. 267 of November 17, 2014 - Suppl. Ordinary no. 87. The app currently performs the new calculation procedure - EXCLUSIVELY - for the "ordinary" ISEE.
The app includes the transitional changes to the calculation of the ISEE of households with members with disabilities (article 2-sexies of the decree-law of 29 March 2016, n. 42, converted, with amendments, by the law of 26 May 2016, n. 89 , in force since 29 May 2016).
