B5G simulates a real-life situation, other than clinical practice, in which the Big Five theory could find application. The user will have to impersonate a work psychologist intent on conducting personnel selection interviews. In distinct phases of each interview, he will have to address his questions in order to determine the level (high, medium or low) of each of the five personality dimensions (Extroversion, Emotional Stability, Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Friendliness) of the candidates, and, for each person interviewed, he will have to trace the personality profile.
