About Pick&TrackApp

Pick&TrackApp is a professional mobile application that aims to record information relating to activities of picking, inventorying, moving, tracking of goods / products / resources in general and monitoring of activities related to an operational flow (workflow) also through the punctual reading of barcodes, tags, QR codes or anything else available by mobile devices equipped with different reading interfaces.

The sequences of activities recorded by each mobile device are received, archived and made available through a specific service active on a cloud or local server, according to your needs, called Pick&TrackApp Server.

Basically, the Pick&TrackApp Server service will be available in a cloud space managed by Target Informatica on a platform that notoriously guarantees adequate levels of data security, full time availability and service continuity.

Regarding the cloud space availability of data, a maximum standard size of 100 MB is available for each App, even if the primary purpose of the solution is to act essentially as a link between the mobile device and the company administrative/ERP software.
Upon request, Pick&TrackApp Server can also be installed locally and made available via LAN.

Pick&TrackApp Server also allows you to define the companies end users of the service with their users, store and make available the types of activities carried out and manage the configurations of the basic registry tables: all this information is used to outline the methods of use of the application side mobile device (on field) typical for each company (end user).

A web based interface and / or access with REST API, also documented with code examples that can be easily interfaced with any environment, is available for both configuration and data loading activities.

The tables can be imported and exported by the system also through data sheets pre-organized by Pick&TrackApp for maximum operational simplicity. In particular, the lists with the data collected by Pick&TrackApp Server will be accessible through a web based interface and / or through documented REST APIs in order to allow their integration activities with other management software platforms, as well as through the scheduled or command acquisition of specific files. showing the information in clear and in full, so as to allow its treatment through common office automation tools.

Each Pick&TrackApp Server, available on the cloud or installed locally, provides for the creation of a master company that allows you to create and manage other user companies and configure them appropriately. Furthermore, each master company can create activity type schemes that each company can then decide to use as a starting point to create their own specific configurations.
