TraMe - Tracce di Memoria

TRAME - Traces of Memory is a cultural project conceived for the ABC Art, Beauty and Culture call and conceived for the city of Rieti by The Uncommon Factory agency, curated by Annalisa Ferraro. It has as its starting point the recovery of memory, a fundamental resource for imagining and starting any process of rebirth, and as a tool for its implementation, research, understanding, care, conservation of what history has left us, of traces that the place has kept for us.

TRAME - Traces of Memory is a Cultural Hub that aims to give life to a dialogue with the city of Rieti, with the urban and territorial context, with local traditions, with history, historical-artistic testimonies, with ancient culture and contemporary, through a review of events, exhibitions, training and educational activities, social moments and meetings, initiatives capable of generating new value, material and immaterial, to be left to the community.

In the atelier, in the museum complex, through itinerant itineraries, TraMe develops a story made up of parallels between the artistic expressions of antiquity and contemporary languages, a parallelism that the city of Rieti continuously reveals, in the same comparison between the cloister of the former Monastery of Santa Lucia and the modern windows of the multifunctional space.
