Innovation in food tracing: Unblended is a blockchain-based software platform, designed to meet the needs of agri-food supply chains. Unblended records the production steps in an unalterable way, from the origin of the raw material to the shelf, guaranteeing maximum transparency and data certainty.

How Unblended accompanies the supply chain processes:
- Contribution from individual Producers to collective collection, through the passage between Producer and Transporter
- Assignment of Carriers to the Transformer. The sum of the deliveries determines the quantity of certified raw material charged to the Transformer
- Generation of the QRcode that the Transformer inserts in the label of the final product based on the origin of the raw materials
- Reading of the QRcode by all the players in the supply chain up to the final consumer, to verify the origin of the processed milk and its processing

Three fundamental variables are recorded on the blockchain chain, which remain unalterable and public:
- The quantities of product delivered
- The giver
- The exact moment and place of the conferment
