Viotti, an elegant and innovative restaurant that takes its name from its enterprising and talented owner, Alberto Viotti, has been open since November 2018, but is already a candidate to play a leading role in the Asti restaurant scene. Its creator wanted to combine in the restaurant - which represents his very first venture at an entrepreneurial level, after having worked in prestigious kitchens in Piedmont and also in France - the classic touch of Asti and Piedmontese cuisine, but also a pleasant surge of modernity, in in order to meet and satisfy the tastes of the old and new generations. And here is where the 'fusion' between restaurant and burger house was born, all always in the name of quality.
