The Business Lawyer can, once logged in, view:

1. Lawyer assignment
▪ Case number
▪ External lawyer to whom to assign the case
▪ State
▪ Approver
▪ Approval date
▪ Approval level
It is also possible to view the detail of each assignement to be approved with several additional information, in order to have all the information useful to complete the approval workflow.

2. Risk fund certification.
Each case has a value/budget related to the risk fund that will cover the expenses in case of disputes.
Display of the list of suspended certifications to be approved by the logged operator and approval management. The information to display is:
▪ Company
▪ initial fund amounts
▪ final fund
▪ provision
▪ usage
▪ adjustment / reversal
▪ reference period
▪ button for certification
▪ button for the refusal of certification.
▪ Notes / reason for the refusal

3. Contracts
Each contract with a lawyer has two values:
▪ Overall amount to give to the lawyer
▪ Unitary amount for a single case.

Display of the list of the suspended assignment of lawyers to the contracts to be approved by the logged operator and approval management. The information to display is:
▪ Description
▪ Unitary Amount
▪ Overall Amount
▪ Minimum case number
▪ Maximum case number
▪ External lawyer
▪ Previous level approver

The data entered and the changes made by mobile devices are displayed in real time in the office.
