How does ZCheckPoint Enterprise Edition work?
Thanks to the integration with the ZConnect Zucchetti App, ZCheckPoint Enterprise Edition interprets the "compatibility traffic light" relating to the employee's entry into the company (green-yellow-red) and consequently regulates access authorization.
You can choose the most suitable way to manage your accesses at any time!
With ZCheckPoint Enterprise Edition, the company can choose between 2 Check-in modes:
-> Self service check: the employee will be able to independently verify his access authorization by presenting his QR Code for scanning to the front camera of the mobile device in which ZCheckPoint Enterprise Edition is active.
-> Assisted check: in the presence of a manned reception / guard, the dedicated staff will be able to verify the authorization at the entrance, by scanning the QR Code exhibited by the worker, via the rear view camera from the mobile device in which ZCheckPoint Enterprise Edition is active.
The App was developed thanks to the contribution of Faber System, a Zucchetti Group company, specialized in the digitalization and dematerialisation of business processes.
Who is it for?
ZCheckPoint Enterprise Edition is a ready-to-use app for companies that have not yet activated an advanced system of access control and specific hardware at the entrance gates for the validation and registration of company accesses.
Operational notes
In order for the application to function properly, the company must have previously activated the ZConnect Enterprise Edition App (from version 8.4.0) enabling individual workers to use it, and have activated the related cloud service.
