In Pignola, in Basilicata, in the heart of the Lucanian Apennines, we try to bring the tradition, hospitality and warmth of the typical cuisine of our region to the table. The restaurant has wanted to maintain the traditional cuisine over time, sometimes making some changes in order to continuously improve its dishes and the variety of pizzas on offer. To ensure such a long life for a restaurant business there are many rules and above all many values to respect. A very dear principle to managers is to take care of their customers :).
