About Butaca hispana

Project developed by the Venezuelan singer of folk, pop and urban music, Jonathan Acosta.

With an extensive artistic career, thanks to his training as a violinist in the Venezuelan Symphony Orchestras System and his work in various groups, Jonathan Acosta breaks into the music market with “Yo soy”, a song that invites you to meet the best of the country and formalizes the solo career of this guaro singer-songwriter.

"This theme broadly shows the roots of the Venezuelan, planted in the genetics of the soul of every man and woman in this land. It was composed by the Venezuelan musician José Enrique Mosquera and I participate in it as a co-author," says Acosta.

With his four on his shoulder as a flag of song and peace, Jonathan Acosta, expresses that "I am" is the best expression of the style of contemporary popular music that he wants to offer in his first studio production.

"'I ask permission', my album, is a contemporary popular proposal directed and produced by Fausto Castillo and Juan Carlos“ Tito ”Pineda, great friends and musicians who managed to masterfully merge our genres into a unique concept, and which allowed me to express what I mean with my singing to the world. Both became the perfect combination that I needed to transmit my message, "says the singer-songwriter.

Acosta adds that the album's repertoire is framed within various universal musical genres, such as pop ballads, boleros, waltzes, jazz and Caribbean rhythms with Venezuelan poetry. All mixed and arranged in modern harmony, shaping an excellent quality product with fresh content and thoughtful cutting.

It is worth noting that Jonathan Acosta, with his singing, has been visiting several states of the country, as a preamble to what will be his permanent national tour. I ask permission that will start in April 2016, and that as the singer indicates "it is not a concert , is to live singing ".

Likewise, this singer-songwriter will do the same in the middle of this year, when he begins his new international tour in Panama and the United States, to bring his song of brotherhood and a piece of Venezuela to all Venezuelan immigrants.

Hispanic armchair, let's go country and cheer Venezuela are unprecedented initiatives.
