Jose Arbelo

I am Jose Arbelo and I was born on August 6, 1981 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. I dedicate a large part of my childhood and adolescence to the world of music, combining this activity with my studies.After going through various children's groups (Rainbow, Doodles ...), at thirteen they gave me my first guitar and I started to take my first steps in composition influenced by groups like Nirvana, The Beatles, Smashing Pumpkins, Heroes of Silence and Bob Marley. Before long I formed my first band called Anoxia (later called Krabs) with whom I gave some concerts. In 2001 I moved my residence to Madrid where I spent almost two years with constant comings and goings to the islands. Apart from playing in the subway, I gave my first concerts in peninsular lands. Already in 2003, I settled in Granada, where I stayed until 2009. In that same year I returned to the Canary Islands, where I currently live. After many bowling, awards and various recognitions, I find myself before my eighth album "Viaje", for the I have had a wonderful team of musicians and sound professionals. And here we are, on a trip.
