AERbox

The AER box is a third place to provide medical services that is neither a medical institution nor at home.
We will provide new consultations to patients who have lost their consultation opportunities.

This application is an official application exclusively for members used when making reservations for online health consultations and medical examinations by doctors related to the above services.
From reservation to check-in when visiting the AER box, you can do it only with this application. With a highly visible UI, you can check the latest availability and make online health consultations and appointments.

[Usage flow]
STEP1: First, register as a member
Please register as a member and log in to the app.
We ask you to enter information about your constitution at the time of registration, and we will try to communicate with each person individually.

STEP2: Fill out the questionnaire
By filling out a questionnaire in advance, you will be able to communicate accurately with your doctor.

STEP3: Check-in
Please come to the AER box on the date and time of your reservation and check in.
