Sensor information receiving application for healthcare
This product is a care support application for long-term care facilities provided by Hitachi Information & Communication Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").
It is an application that enables a tablet connected to Wi-Fi to be used as a receiver for BLE sensors and can link IC2000 and BLE sensor information.

The customer shall not be able to disassemble or decompile all or part of this software.
Article 3 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company and the copyright holder of this software shall not be liable for any damages caused to the customer regarding the use of this software.
Article 4 (Prohibition of modification, etc.)
The customer shall not modify all or part of this software or combine it with other programs.
Article 5 (assignment of rights)
The customer shall not assign, license, or otherwise use this software to a third party, regardless of whether it is paid or free of charge.
Article 6 (Export Control)
If the customer directly or indirectly handles all or part of this software alone, in combination with other products, or as part of other products, in the case of handling the following items, the customer shall be in Japan. Necessary procedures shall be taken in accordance with export-related laws and regulations. The same applies when prescribed procedures are required due to the application of foreign export-related laws and regulations such as the US Export Control Ordinance.

All disputes regarding this contract based on these Terms of Use shall be handled by the Tokyo District Court only as the court of jurisdiction.
