5. Account creation will be completed in about one week from the application, and an account opening notice will be sent by mail.

Individual customers between the ages of 18 and 74 who have a Joyo Bank savings account and who have a driver's license and Individual Number Card (or notification card)
* If you have already opened a NISA account (general NISA, Tsumitate NISA) at another bank / other company, you cannot open a NISA account with this app. Please open an account at the counter.
