This is an official app exclusively for corporate customers provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. You can use some functions of Web21 and the additional authentication function (one-time password application) used by Web21.

■ Service contents
◇Web21
1. Transaction account inquiry (balance inquiry, deposit/withdrawal statement inquiry)
・The target account items are Ordinary, Checking, Savings, Notification, Savings, and Periodic.
・You cannot display reports or download files.
・The inquiry period varies depending on the Web21 contract type.
2. Transfer/Transfer
・The target account items are ordinary, checking, and savings.
・The maximum transfer amount per transfer is 3,000,000 yen.
・The transfer fee is the same as Web21 (computer use).
・A one-time password (app or card) is required when making a transfer.
・Reservations cannot be canceled or result inquiries can be made. In addition, the type cannot be reserved for bank transfers or transfers.
◇One-time password app
・Among the additional authentication methods used by Web21, etc., this is a method of authenticating with an app.
・In addition to the function to generate a 6-digit one-time password as with the card type, there is a function to confirm that the contents have not been tampered with when making a transfer with Web21 before executing the transfer.
■ Eligibility
◇Web21
・Available to customers with a contract for Web21 , , , or type.
・ValueDoorID can only be used with password authentication.
◇One-time password app
・Customers who have selected the "one-time password app" for additional authentication of ValueDoor (can be selected for each ValueDoorID)
*The one-time password app cannot be used with an ID that is using a one-time password card. If you wish to use the one-time password app, please apply online or go to the store to switch from the card to the app.
■Usage environment of this application
・Recommended devices are smartphones with Android 6.0 to 13.X. Tablet devices are not covered.
・If you root your smartphone even once, this application may not start up or work properly.
・If your smartphone's USB debugging is set to ON, the app will not start, so please turn off USB debugging.
・There may be restrictions on some transactions and screen display depending on the smartphone you are using.
・The available environment may change without notice, so please see the ValueDoor website (About ValueDoor > Usage environment) for the latest usage environment.
■How to use
・You need to download the Web21 smartphone app and log in with your password authentication user ID.
・Customers with contracts other than Web21 need to log in with a management ID from a computer and grant the specified authority to the user ID.
・For the initial settings of the one-time password application, you will need to send the "2D code notification for setting the one-time password application" separately, so please use this application after receiving it.
■ Notes
・The initial cost and monthly fee for this application are free. However, transfer fees and communication charges for smartphones are required separately.
・You can save the ValueDoorID used to log in to this app within the Web21 smartphone app (partially displayed as "***"), but please manage it strictly by not storing the password on the same device. If you forget your password, please contact the store.
・Strictly manage smartphones and one-time password cards.
・It is possible to install this application on multiple smartphones, but you cannot log in with one user ID at the same time.
・Even if you uninstall this application, the data will not be deleted.
