First, register as a member. Please register after installing the app.

* Payment method is credit card or docomo payment. If you wish to pay with docomo, please register from "Use with d ACCOUNT", and if you wish to pay by credit card, please register from "Use with bike share account".
Please find a cycle port to use and reserve a bicycle.
*If you register your card key or smartphone key from the account menu, you can unlock the bicycle by touching the panel after pressing the "START" or "START" button. Please use all means.
*Please check the remaining battery level as a guideline.
・Check the battery level, braking effectiveness, steering wheel condition, bell ringing, and tire pressure.
・Please adjust the height of the saddle and drive safely.
Bicycles in ports are locked.
Open the app, reserve a bike from the port details, or select the type of lock from the "Unlock" menu, then start using the following methods.
*The unlocking method differs depending on the type of bicycle key.
1. Square key: Press the "START" button on the bicycle control panel and enter the passcode (4 digits) you used when making the reservation to unlock.
2. For the round key: Press the "start" button on the bicycle control panel and read the QR code to unlock.
3. Registered card key (IC card) or smartphone key: Hold the card directly over the bicycle to borrow.
・Please check the return port on the app. (Please note that depending on the port, there may be restrictions on the number of bicycles parked, usage time restrictions, or suspensions.)
・Go to the cycle port and manually lock the lock, then press the "ENTER" button on the bike control panel. .

・By borrowing in Tokyo and returning in Yokohama or Kawasaki, it is not possible to use the same in the wider Tokyo area, Yokohama city, or Kawasaki city, so please return it within each area.
