[Features] -Achieves automation of sales and marketing-
"Hot Profile" organically connects business processes divided in the three areas of business card management, marketing measures, and sales force automation (SFA), and realizes sales and marketing automation. This app allows sales staff to check frequently used business cards on the go, reporting operations, and checking the latest integrated customer information.

[Main functions]
■ Business card
[1] Business cards can be converted into data and shared simply by taking a picture and sending it.
The operator sends the business card photos of the camera and gallery and converts them into accurate data.
Share business cards to see who is connected inside and outside the company
[2] Convenient cooperation utilizing smartphones
You can check your address by phone, email, or Google Map using business card data.
Furthermore, you can also search for customers near you using GPS.
[3] Real-time report (business card data conversion and sales report are linked)
You can request business card data and make a sales report at the same time.

[1] Create a report with the minimum required input form
Freely define troublesome inputs such as checklists and selection formulas. Easy report on your smartphone.
