The time is 2095. The stage is the moon.
A runaway of the integrated artificial intelligence computer "Tels" called the "catastrophe of 2092" has killed 10 billion people on earth.
The few humans who have survived the earth have built their last habitat on the Moon, the Extraordinary Government of the Moon, for survival.
Ters, who ruled the earth, aims to wipe out all humanity from space, sending autonomous weapons to the moon and threatening the survival of humans on the moon.
The five girls of Telequito, born on the moon, will fight against the autonomous weapons sent by Tels in a special unit called SISTARS to protect humanity.
