▼ Main functions
[Various partner services]
By linking with various cloud services and on-premise systems, it realizes safe use of mail/schedule/address book (business card management)/telephone/CRM/SFA/file storage/various web applications.
[Unique function that does not require a partner]
As a moconavi original function that does not require a linked service, it comes standard with a phonebook/business chat that can be displayed hierarchically.
[File display]
Office files can be rendered harmless by converting them to PDF using moconavi's original document viewer function and reducing display corruption. In addition, password-protected Zip files, 7-Zip files, and Office files with passwords attached directly can also be displayed after the password has been removed.
[Incoming call display]
Even if there is no contact information registered in the terminal's local phonebook, it is possible to display the caller by referring to the phonebook service in moconavi. In addition, the company name and name of the displayed caller will not remain in the terminal's local incoming/outgoing history.
[Secure browser]
It supports the display of various web applications. Single sign-on can be applied when logging in, and WindowOpen with parent-child relationships is also supported.
[Blacklist/Whitelist]
This is a function that determines the installation status of specific apps on the terminal side and restricts the use of moconavi apps. By receiving the whitelist/blacklist from the server at the time of login and comparing it with the list of apps installed on the terminal side, in the case of the blacklist, logout is performed when the specified app is installed, and in the case of the whitelist will log out if the app is not installed.
