Feed Balancer is an app that supports optimal feed design for cows and calves.
A radar chart of nutrient sufficiency is displayed with a simple operation of a smartphone.
Only 2 steps are required.
1. Enter cow data
2. Enter the type of feed and salary
This alone will display the nutrient sufficiency rate on the radar chart. While checking this radar chart, you can increase or decrease the feed amount to adjust the balance of the graph and achieve the ideal feed.
As for feed, 238 information such as hay, silage, and concentrated feed are available!
We hope that the optimal feed design will help improve productivity.
* The amount of nutrients required is based on the Japanese standard beef cattle (2008 version).
* Feed ingredients are based on the Japan Standard Feed Ingredients Table (2009 edition)
A part of this app was planned and designed by Kitasato University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Animal Breeding Management Laboratory with the support of "Innovative Technology Development Project for Productivity Revolution" of NARO Support Center.
