[Simple home app with few possibilities]
We have made it possible for seniors to use smartphones while limiting what they can do.
There are only 3 tabs and 9 items per tab. You can also switch tabs by swiping.
The setting requires a little special operation so that only the person who is handed over to the senior can do it.
It is assumed that the smartphone is used in portrait orientation.
[Phone tab]
- You can register up to 9 phone numbers.
- The item displays the last four digits of the name and phone number.
- Tap an item to make a call.
- If you don't have app permissions (phone), the phone app will launch.
- If you have app permissions (telephone), make a call immediately.
- Display the destination information when you tap an item.
- You can set a photo for each item.
* We have confirmed an issue with Android 7.1 that prevents you from making phone calls.
[App Tab]
- You can register 9 applications.
- Display the app name and app icon in the item.
- Tap an item to launch the app.
[Other tab]
- Nine items can be registered.
- There are the following types of items.
-- application
-- camera
-- video
-- Photo display
-- TYM Home Permission Settings
-- simple game
- App, Camera, Video: Tap the item to launch the app, camera, video.
- Photo display: Tap to enlarge. You can display the enlarged display by 3 times.
- TYM Home Permission Settings: View app information and change permissions.
You can also change app permissions from the Android settings screen.
[Setting mode]
- Tap the "year" part of the screen five times. => "Year" turns red.
- Click the TYM icon on the upper left to change to the spanner icon and enter the setting mode.
- Tap the spanner icon to return.
- Tap each item to display the setting screen.
[Setting mode - Phone tab - Phone input screen]
- Enter your name and phone number and tap "Set" to set.
- Tap "Clear" to clear the settings.
- If you tap "Close", the settings will not be changed.
[Settings Mode - Apps Tab - Application Selection]
- Tap the application displayed in the list to set.
- Tap "Clear" to clear the settings.
- If you tap "Close", the settings will not be changed.
[Setting mode - Other tab - Other]
- Select Type, select data if necessary, and tap "Set" to set.
- For applications, set the data (application).
- For photo display, set the data (photo).
When data (photo) is set, the set photo is displayed.
- Tap "Clear" to clear the settings.
- If you tap "Close", the settings will not be changed.
