Information about app login function
We plan to remove the login function by SIM card authentication in the April version update. Also, after May 11th, you will not be able to use the app login by SIM card authentication.
Please switch to login using BIGLOBE ID as soon as possible.

In addition, you can easily access the BIGLOBE member support page such as chat support and call history, and the BIGLOBE mobile procedure page to proceed with the procedure.
* If you use this application immediately after opening the line, the message "A SIM card that is not a BIGLOBE mobile is inserted." may be displayed. After opening the line, it will be resolved in about half a day to a day, so please wait for a while and check that the message is no longer displayed.
* When authenticating with SIM card information, the BIGLOBE SIM card inserted in the terminal is identified and communication data volume etc. are acquired. Please use it on a terminal with a BIGLOBE SIM card inserted.
