Place an Order: Use the Tienda App to browse and select the items you wish to purchase from one or more of the listed vendors.
Order Confirmation: You receive an order confirmation email or message that provides an estimated delivery time.
Vendor Notification: The order details are automatically sent to the relevant vendor(s) for processing.
Order Preparation: The vendor prepares the order, including packing the items and getting them ready for delivery.
Dispatch: Once the order is prepared, Tienda's delivery team is notified and dispatched to collect the order from the vendor.
Delivery: Tienda's delivery team delivers the order to your specified location within the estimated delivery time.
Delivery Confirmation: Before handing over the order, the rider will request a code from you through the client app to ensure complete delivery. Once the code is entered and verified, the order is handed over to you, and you receive a delivery confirmation message or email.
Payment: Tienda processes the payment for the order and transfers the funds to the vendor's account.
Order Tracking: Throughout the process, you can track the status of your order through the Tienda App, which provides updates on the order's progress, from preparation to delivery.
